It requires a lot of trial and error to get the right sound on a consistent basis. Below is a list of equipment and accessories the band has used over the years. We've personally vetted and recommend all of these, as they've lots of travel, multiple cities and venues, and even rain, drink spills and the occasional tipsy fan.
Rob has over 20 years of experience playing and performing in cover bands. He was born and raised in Northern New York, and lived in Buffalo and New Jersey, before settling in Charlotte/Fort Mill area. He's a versatile musician, having played drums in several bands before transitioning to guitar. His playing style is rooted in blues, but he loves all genres of music especially hard rock and metal. In New York he was a member of the bands “And Sometimes Y” and “Mr Bicklehaupt”, and has played out extensively in Charlotte area with the band “Barefoot Pilgrim” headlining Derby Days, Young Affiliates, Alive After 5 at the Mint Museum, as well as playing blues at the famous Double Door Inn. He's now excited to be playing with a great group of musicians to bring a solid set of 80's and 90's rock to the Fort Mill and Charlotte areas.

A couple of years later after studying Jazz at CPCC , he was headlining his first band, Hillside Groove, a funk/hip-hop hybrid, performing in local clubs throughout the Charlotte-Metro area. Since then he has gained over 20 years of experience playing bass for The Dismoire Cover Trio, Pistola (an Incubus cover band), as well as performing at events and filling in at recording studios.
